Our programs are based on the pedagogy of the Ministry of Education as outlined in the "How Does Learning Happen?" Ontario’s Pedagogy for the Early Years Document. The four foundations of this document which are Belonging, Well-Being, Engagement and Expression are the guiding principles behind everything we do.
Our programs promotes the health, safety, nutrition, and well-being of all children and are dedicated to helping each child develop as a whole through child initiated, adult supported play based learning in positive and stimulating environments that foster exploration and meet the needs of each individual child.
Our programs value and encourage positive and meaningful interactions between children, child care providers, families, and the community.
When enrolling your child at one of our programs, you can be rest assured that:
Your child will be in a safe and nurturing environment that meets and exceeds the Ministry of Education's licensing standards.
Your child will receive a lot of individual attention due to small ratio (up to a maximum of 6 children).
All of our Home Child Care Providers have been rigorously screened and trained and have a clean vulnerable sector police check.
All of our Home Child Care Providers have valid First Aid and Child/Infant CPR Certification.
All of our homes have been inspected by the Fire Department and meet all safety requirements.
Our menus are planned in accordance with Canada's Food Guide and all Home Child Care Providers hold Food Handler Certificates.
